Very exciting news today folks!  Today marks the official launch of my new application….a Personalized Car Buying Strategy Guide.

A lot of thought and energy went into building this personalization engine and I really expect it will be a helpful tool for people looking to buy a car.

What’s so cool about this application?

• First off, it’s completely free!  Car buyers waste enough money at the dealership already.  My main goal is to educate consumers and help prevent them from spending more money than they should.
• You don’t have to register.  I hate having to enter my email address every time I want to use something cool on the web.  Nobody needs more spam.  The only personal information I ask for is your first name.  And that’s only so I can display it at the top of your custom-made guide and give you a link to bookmark it.
• It’s personalized.  I ask few simple multiple choice questions like:
          When are you looking to buy?
          Do you want a new or used car?
          Do you know how you’ll pay for it?
          Etc. 
  Based on your answers, my system spits out a strategy guide adapted to give you advice specific to your situation.  Who wants to read through piles of car buying advice that doesn’t pertain to them?  If you want to lease a car, I’m not going to tell you about financing.  If you’re planning to buy used, then you don’t need to hear about my new car email strategy (although it’s pretty sweet).
• I cover all the main financial aspects of a purchase
  • When to buy
  • How to negotiate car price (new or used)
  • How to find the best financing or lease deal (for your specific credit range)
  • How to get the most money for your trade-in (at the dealership or selling private party)
  • How to handle the Finance Office and avoid getting scammed paying for add-ons and extras
• Emails you can personalize and send to car dealers.  This is for new car buyers looking to negotiate the easy way.  I’ve created a simple web-based tool where you can create personalized emails to send to car dealers at each step of the negotiation process.  The emails are worded to tell car dealers exactly what needs to be said to make them compete with each other and get you the best possible car price.
